Who we are
TrendMarket is a creative studio based in Tirana, Albania. We are responsible for the personal data we collect through this website.

What data we collect
When you send us a request through the “Start Your Project” form:
- your name and email address;
- your phone number and company name, if you give them;
- the services you are interested in, your approximate budget and your message;
- the language you read the site in, where you came from (for example Instagram, Google or the name of a campaign) and the page you first landed on.
When you email or call us: whatever you choose to tell us.
When you visit the site: which pages you open, where you came from, your type of device (based on screen width), the language and the date. We measure these statistics without cookies and without storing your IP address (see below).
Statistics without cookies
To know how many people visit the site, we create a one-way code from your IP address and browser, mixed with a random key that changes every day. The IP address itself is not stored, and because the key changes every day, we cannot recognise you from one day to the next.
Our hosting provider may keep technical logs for a short time, such as the IP address and the time of a request, for security and for running the service.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To answer your request and prepare an offer: because you ask us to, as a step before a possible agreement.
- For statistics, security and protection against automated messages (spam): in our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe and improving it.
- For legal obligations, for example accounting records if you become a client.
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not make automated decisions that affect you.
Who sees the data
Only the TrendMarket team sees your data. A few service providers help us store and process it, only on our behalf and following our instructions:
- Vercel, which hosts the website and its server;
- Supabase, where requests, visit statistics and the site’s photos are stored;
- the email or messaging service that tells us about each new request: the content of the request is sent to our mailbox.
We do not sell your data or give it to anyone for marketing. We may only hand it over when the law requires it.
Some of these providers may store data outside Albania. In that case we make sure it is protected with the safeguards the law requires.
How long we keep it
- Requests and correspondence: up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer if you become a client and the law requires us to keep the agreement’s records.
- Visit statistics: up to 13 months, then they are deleted automatically.
Your rights
You have the right to ask:
- to see what data we hold about you and get a copy;
- for us to correct it if it is inaccurate;
- for us to delete it, or to limit how we use it;
- to object to uses based on our legitimate interest;
- to receive it in a format you can take elsewhere.

If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection.
Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Requests are stored in a dashboard that only the owner can open, with a protected password. No system is completely unbreakable, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Children
Our services are aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
